How do I log into the App?There are 3 ways you can log in to the app:Email address and passwordIf you used your email address to register this is the option you would choose, complete the details and then sign in.Apple sign-inYou can use your Apple ID to register and log in - just follow the instructions on screen.Facebook sign-inYou can use your Facebook account to register and log in - just follow the instructions on screen.Connecting your social accountsIf you would like the option to choose between these options to log in you will need to connect your social accounts. You can do this in your account settings, just use the on/off buttons and follow the on-screen instructions. How do I reset my password?If you’ve forgotten your password, you can request a new one just fill in your registered email address and a reset link will be sent to you. If you try to use an email address that isn't registered with us, you will see a message to let you know. If you don’t receive the email, please check any junk folders you have.If you're still having problems, please contact our Support Team. How do I update my log in details (username or password)?To change your log in details (and you know what they are) just go to Update account details and preferences. Make any changes you need to and then just Save.If you have forgotten your password and you need to reset it first you can use our forgotten password page. How do I update my profile (personal information)?Go to Update account details and preferences to update your name, contact number, profile picture, date of birth, gender and address details.Just follow the instructions on screen. How do I update my preferences (the emails and messages you receive)?To amend the emails that you receive from us and update your privacy settings just go to Manage email preferences and use the on/off switches to update each option.Make any changes you need to and then just Save. Who can see where I have shopped?The cause admin and supporters of the cause can see how much in total has been raised for the cause and there is a leaderboard that shows how much supporters have raised.If you would prefer to be anonymous, you can update this in your account How do I update my profile (personal information)?No one outside easyfundraising can see where you have shopped or what you spent and no one including easyfundraising can see what you purchased. What does easyfundraising know about my shopping?So that the easyfundraising team can track the donations you've raised, we know where you've shopped and how much you spent but what you've bought is your business! How does easyfundraising take care of my data?There is no catch! Whatever you buy, the cost is the same as it would be if you visited the brand directly. We don’t take any financial information as all purchases are made with the retailer and we don’t sell on your information, you can view our Privacy Policy if you want to know more. How do I view the data that easyfundraising holds about me?To access and download your information or to delete your account and information just go to Your easyfundraising data. How do I close my account?If you want to fully close your account our Support Team can do this for you, just use this form to let them know and they'll get back to you.
