When will my good cause be paid?We make payments to good causes every three months, usually February, May, August and November. To work out what is due to be paid, we add up the donations that we have been paid for that have been raised for each cause up to the end of the previous month. Once this comes to more than £15 we will transfer the funds to the good cause either directly to their bank account or by cheque in the post. If the amount ready to be paid is less than £15, we keep carrying it over until it's ready to be transferred to the cause. Where can I see how my cause is doing? You can view the total that has been raised for your cause, how many other supporters they have and how much you have raised for them using the cause tab on the app.If you would prefer your name not to be shown on the leaderboard, you can amend this in your account settings, just update your preferences so that you're anonymous. Can my cause claim Gift Aid on donations I raise? As donations raised from shopping are passed straight to the good cause from the brand you shopped with, Gift Aid can't be claimed on these donations.Gift Aid CAN still be claimed against donations that are made through direct card payment donations - if you need more information on this please get in touch.
